???? STATEMENT | MCB Welcomes ICJ Ruling on Illegal Israeli Settlements
The MCB welcomes ICJ ruling that Israel’s settlement policies and exploitation of natural resources in Palestinian territories are in breach of international law.
The MCB urges our Government and the international community to act on the ICJ’s findings including the obligation on all states not to render aid and/or assistance in maintaining situation created by the State of Israel in the occupied territories of Palestine, which includes Gaza.
