Covid19 Vaccination of school children from 12 to 15 years old.
UMO is working with schools like Blue Coat School and Joseph Leckie Academy to help in the uptake of the Covid19 vaccination for 12 to 15 year old children.
We are encouraging all school parents whose children are between 12 and 15 years old to sign the consent form by clicking on the links shown in the attached letter.
Covid19 is still with us and the fight to protect everyone has continued
Please help yourself, your child, others in the family and in the Community by getting your children vaccinated.
Please sign the consent the form as soon as possible. The Pfzier vaccine has proven to safe in adults and in Children.
